Life after neutral land
I figured out a huge missing piece. I have been in this area of neutrality for about a year. I knew the teachings way before but the integration took longer.
The piece I have been integrating is that everything is neutral. Everything. It only has meaning because we assigned meaning to it. Usually it ties directly to our beliefs and our experiences.
examples… your friend doesn't text back- she is a bad friend, my husband isn't happy when he gets home from work- he must not like it here, someone unfollows you on insta- people don’t like me anymore… stuff like this!!!
This is the work I do in my client sessions. These are the layers in our body and energy body that get peeled back when ready.
When we take away old beliefs and forgive old experiences, we get to live in neutral land where what once triggered us, no longer does and we are able to observe and give ourselves a pat on the back.
This isn't the end of the cycle. The next part is what I’m now putting language to. To be in this spot is to feel like stuff in your life is half way done. The desire is there but there’s no feel good feelings to tie it to and direct it.
The language needed to get from neutral to point b is broad and hopeful and needs to match a feeling we have inside of our bodies.
If old beliefs and experiences were let go it ideally is easy to tap into a good feeling when we say what we want in life. When we call in new jobs, new friends, new experiences. This “should” feel good if the neutral part has been integrated.
(if it hasn't, bad feelings will be felt in the body. Like a knot in the gut. This is what it means to want something but you unconsciously get the opposite.)
When you get to a spot of wanting something and feeling good about it- what is being worked on is actually creating the life you want. The life I want. The saying yes to life and the saying no to what doesn’t line up.
Idk is anyone is going to understand this but I’m shouting it from the roof tops today haha. One of those days I am on fire about the game of life.
If you want help getting to neutral by peeling away old beliefs and witnessing them, you can book with me below. My office hours are Thrusday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Ask me anything. I’d love to hear from you<3
