Shamanic healing is the tradition I was trained and initiated in. Andean lineage.
At its heart, it’s a way of seeing ourselves as part of something much bigger than our individual minds and circumstances.
I don’t experience God as something separate from the world around us. I see the divine in the earth, in nature, in animals, in other people, and in ourselves. Everything is connected.

Clients report feeling deeply rested, emotionally lighter, and more clear after a session. It’s also common for shifts to continue unfolding in the days and months that follow as your system integrates the work.
Some clients notice changes in their physical experience as well. For example, areas of discomfort or symptoms they were previously aware of may feel different or no longer as present. Each person’s experience is unique, and responses can vary depending on what is ready to shift in their system

My approach is guided by respect for each person’s experience, boundaries, and timing. You don’t need to arrive with the right words, know what you want to work on, or be ready to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing.
You arrive with what’s present and what feels ready, without forcing a particular outcome. During energy work, you’re always welcome to pause, ask questions, or stop at any time.
My intention is to offer a space where you can be met as you are, without judgment or pressure to be anywhere other than where you are.
My shamanic training included an emphasis on ethics and the responsibility that comes with this work. I honor the limits of my role as a shamanic coach.

This training continues to inform how I work with others today.
