My name is Krystal, and I offer spiritual guidance, shame facilitation, and mentoring. By using this website, booking sessions, or signing up for a class, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Scope of Services: I provide spiritual guidance, intuitive mentoring, and ceremonial facilitation. I do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal services. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure illness, mental health conditions, or medical conditions. You are fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions.

  2. Consent & Personal Responsibility: By engaging with my services, you acknowledge that you are doin so voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You agree to communicate openly and to follow you down inner guidance.

  3. Sessions & Payments: Payment for services is required when booking.

  4. Session Cancellations: If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund, as your time has been reserved.

  5. Rescheduling: If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you are welcome to reschedule your session at no extra cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  6. Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once a session is completed or if cancellation notice is less than 24 hours. If a session cannot be provided due to circumstances on my end (illness, emergency, technical issues), you will be offered a full refund or rescheduling at your convenience.

  7. Online or Digital Products: Digital products, recording, and downloadable materials are non-refundable. Please review descriptions carefully before purchase.

  8. Exceptional Circumstances: Life happens- if a situation arises outside of these policies, I am happy to review on a case-by-case basis. My goal is always to support your journey while honoring my time and energy.

  9. Confidentiality: Your privacy is important. I will not share personal information about our work without your consent.

  10. Limitation of Liability: By participating in my services, you release me, my LLC, and any affiliates from claims or liability for personal, emotional, or spiritual outcomes. I make no guarantees regarding the results of my work; outcomes depend on your participation, awareness, and individual journey.

  11. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut
