Mercury Day | A Living Ritual
Vatsu | Budha Invocation | My Morning Practice
We don’t even have the language for what we feel in our bodies when we are fully present- when we are attuned, ritualized, alive.
Our mind is a translator, but sometimes there is no translation for what the soul knows.
That’s why the presence of someone speaks louder than words. Because presence lives in the body. And the body doesn’t explain- it expresses.
… and honoring that looks like when a feeling rises and someone asks me to explain it, I notice the pressure to perform but I pause instead.
It’s hard because our culture rarely leaves space for pause. There’s often pressure to respond, to explain, to know immediately.
Let that pause be enough
Trust that what is felt is valid
Even without words
(Hello open/undefined throat center in HD- practice this, because the pressure to speak before you’re ready is real, but your wisdom lives in the pause and comes in its own time)
So now, here on Day 3 of living a deeper, more ritualistic morning then what I started 3 weeks ago-
I’m letting my mornings be made of sacred rhythms-
Woven from Vastu, my Vedic chart, planetary days, the energies of the grahas, and what my own inner compass says is true.
Mercury Day | Budha’s Day
Today is Wednesday- Mercury Day.
I stepped into the northeast corner of my home- where my couch is. I harvested fresh mint from my garden. Bundled it gently. Breathed it in. Felt it in my hands and thanked it.
I brought my journal, a pen, and my morning coffee. And I chanted the Buddha mantra 108 times- Om Budhaya Namaha
Because something is happening to me. I’m no longer studying systems only to understand them- I’m letting them live through me. And this- this felt like living my heart. Like aligning my body with the sky. Like answering a call I didn’t realize was being whispered all this time.
I remember my Vedic astrologer shared a story of how the planetary deity of Venus, once visited him. Energetically, spiritually- in his home.
He was shocked. He wasn’t expecting to have an experience like this.
The message I received while listening to this story:
These aren’t just planets.
These are beings with presence, essence, and story
Their mythologies aren’t just for entertainment- they are maps of meaning, each one rich with spiritual depth and karmic instruction.
They discipline us, refine us, align us, so we can return to our essence- to what our soul is whispering beneath the noise.
I can create a personalized weekly ritual just for you.
Using your Vedic birth chart, your home’s Vastu blueprint, and the energetic signature of each planetary day.
Seven days.
Seven planetary beings.
Seven invitations to come back home to yourself.
This isn’t about adding more to your to-do list. It’s about remembering how to live as a soul.
Let your mourning become sacred again.
XO Krystal
