A Living Sanctuary

Homeschool Community

This is a homeschool community where families can meet others with shared values, build friendships, and experience connection.

The Vision

I’ve been deeply inspired by alternative approaches to learning and childhood, including Sudbury style schools and other child led philosophies. While those have shaped my thinking, this space is not a replica of any one model.

I’m weaving together everything I’ve studied, lived, and observed.

Which brings me to community-style gatherings where children are free to follow their curiosity through play, nature, creativity, building, rest, and exploration. Learning is not directed.

Adults are also part of this ecosystem. They bring their presence, and their interests into the space. They are welcome to connect with others, be present with their children, or tend to their own needs- whether that’s conversation, rest, or catching up on work and life responsibilities.

Community & Rhythm

Thursdays | 10-2

Spring Session April - June

Most gatherings take place at our home base, with field trips woven in.

Location- Our home in in West Suffield, CT is set on nearly two acres of land, with open space to explore, create, and grow together. We also have a third building that serves as a shared space for art, play, and connection.

Contribution- There is no longer a paid program. At times, families may choose to contribute toward shared experiences such as field trips or materials, based on what we decide and create together.

Community Connection

For those who feel called into this space, there is a private online hub to stay connected between gatherings. This includes a private website login and a private Facebook group where schedules, updates, photos, and shared moments are held.

Alongside our weekly gatherings, this community also moves in a more spontaneous way- beach days, last minute meetups, ect- come join if you’d like posts are always welcome.
